Day 6...

Morning: Numb (I don't remember this morning, I was so tired)
Afternoon: Persnickety
Evening: Unbridled exhaustion...

Right now, the idea of "eating a cookie" is so unappetizing that I have no idea how I'm going to do it. February is looking longer every day.

  1. Have you been eating the same kind of cookie these 6 or 7 days. I think that you should go out and buy a cookie that you would never buy for whatever reason. Change it up a bit if you will.

Oh, and on a side note. I had written you a letter and was about to mail it out when someone spilled their coffee on both my desk (covering everything) and me. You letter was one of the items that met an untimely death.

  2. 1.) Persnickety is an awesome word.
2.) Yesterday i did not want to eat a cookie at all. I almost forgot in fact, and did not feel like it when I remembered. I did it, but this experiment is not going at all as planned....

  3. So, here's my idea. If you don't want to eat a cookie maybe you could "think" about eating a cookie or watch other people "eating cookies." You will still sort of be "experiencing" the cookie but won't feel forced to eat it. I think that this may take some of the pressure off and may produce the results you want and make you happier. Or not.
