A lot (LOTS and lots) of prep-work before class, reflecting on how the class went, altering the syllabus/plan to accomodate the specific students, and of course grading and whatnot. But, anyone who is teaching should already know this and know whether or not they can do it. There are ways around some of the work that don't involve the crappiness of that teacher. <BR/><BR/>I'm glad you went to the dean. Your prof probably isn't, but if the dean is worth their salt, the prof won't know who said something, and it makes no sense to pay for a class and get that. <BR/><BR/>That whole "those who can, do. those who can't, teach." thing really upsets me.
